Preserve Our History
The history of the Town of Auburn is vast, and the Association is committed to the preservation of this knowledge, of the Town's antiquity, and supports the continuing education of the community about it's ever evolving heritage.
Auburn, New Hampshire is rich in history as well as resources. From a farming community to a resort town, and now to a bedroom town to a major metropolitan area, Auburn has retained its rural character throughout the changing economic climate.
Our greatest asset is the people who make up the Town of Auburn and surrounding communities. Their memories, stories and family photos define the history of our area. We aim to gather, preserve and share these valuable stories and artifacts.
