2024 Auburn Day and 31st Annual Duck Race
On September 14, 2024, The Auburn Historical Association held its Auburn Day and 31st Annual Duck Race. It was a warm, sunny day and we had a great crowd! This event benefits not only the Auburn Historical Association (AHA) but many other town non-profits and organizations as well.
The Auburn Day and Duck Race Committee spent many months planning to make the event a success. We are very grateful to our sponsors, our community volunteers, the vendors, non-profits, Parks and Rec, the APD, the AFD, the Auburn Village School and Destination Imagination and the Pinkerton Academy Marching Band.
Also, a special thank you to the New Hampshire National Guard for bringing a Black Hawk Helicopter and to Caroleann Ohannessian from RE/MAX for bringing the tethered hot air balloon on Auburn Night and donating the proceeds to the AHA.
The 2024 Auburn Day and Duck Race committee consisted of: Pat Clement (committee chair), Dan Carpenter, Cindy Berling, Brenda Beer, Linda Matta, Brett Rickenbach, Caroleann Ohannessian, Joe and Deb Mancini, Jim Thompson, Donna Small and Nancy Mayland. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication!
