What the Auburn Historical Association Does

Our Mission:

The mission of the Auburn Historical Association is to preserve Auburn's history through capturing images and stories of our residents and preserving artifacts that reflect and record what life was like before us. The museum is wheelchair accessible and is ADA compliant.

Our Goals:

  • Support events that build community and raise funds to support the museum
  • Oral History Project - capture the stories of Auburn's elders through video and audio taping
  • New programs that offer interesting and informative topics
  • Building maintenance and repairs
